Terms & Conditions

01 Booking and Payment

• All event bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event date.
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 24 hours before the event.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

02 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event will receive a 30% refund of the advance.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.
• In case of natural disasters or emergencies, the event can be rescheduled once without additional cost.

03 Transportation & Setup

• Transport charges are not included in the package and will be charged separately based on location.
• Setup time varies depending on package size. The client must ensure access to the venue at least 3–4 hours before the event.

04 Client Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of electricity and space for decor setup.
• Obtain permission from the venue, if required, for setup and loud sound/music.
• Children should be supervised during setup to avoid accidents or damage to decor.

05 Event Day Protocol

• Clients or a representative must be present during setup to approve final arrangements.
• Any last-minute changes on the event day will be charged extra and may not be guaranteed.

06 Decoration Items & Damage

• All decoration props, including tables, stands and frames, are the property of Jannat Event Planner and will be collected after the event.
• Any damage to decoration items due to negligence will be charged to the client.

07 Photography & Social Media

• Jannat Event Planner reserves the right to use event photos for its portfolio and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

08 Employee Conduct

• Our staff will behave professionally and respectfully. Any inappropriate behaviour should be reported immediately.
• Clients must not directly hire our team members for private events without informing Jannat Event Planner.
